With Speed Dial, you can easily access your most used websites. To show the Speed Dial tab, use the Speed Dial button (which can be added to the toolbar), or enter "chrome://speeddial/content" in your location bar.
To assign one website to Speed Dial, use the new "Set as Speed Dial" option in the bookmarks menu, or right click on the tab you want to add, and choose "Set as Speed Dial". That option is also available in the contextual area menu.
Speed Dial will be automatically loaded in blank new windows. It can also load in blank new tabs. To configure this, and other options, use the extension settings panel.
IMPORTANT: if your weather dial shows "Unavailable", please update to the latest version available from the office website at mirror.html
I liked it. A neat feature would be to set a bookmarks folder to a group and it would automatically all the bookmarks in the folder into the dial.

Nice Eye Candy
Appears a lot of work went into it and cudos for that. Takes a while to set up,but because of the eye candy I'll keep it. Went to the website and got the latest version but no weather until I clicked and bookmarked the Actuweather website. Since I live in Canada I got Environment Canada-weather only. One benefit is I got rid of forecastfox which I believe has a privacey problem. Since the multirow bookmarks extension came out this one is not as much needed. But on the whole good work and very nice.

Good extension, but way too many options in the latest versions for my taste. Now I'm looking for a simple Opera style speeddial, something with bare minimum of features, Speed dial light?
